Is this a consulting firm, or a recruitment agency?

It’s a hybrid of both. Unlike a recruitment agency, your first intake conversation is with a certified professional that possesses hands-on experience working with the Power Platform. This allows for a deeper dive into technical needs to ensure you’re getting the correct resource. The infrastructure of the relationship is a simple time & materials contract similar to a recruitment agency. The rubber truly meets the road when you’re connected with hard to find, expert level independent contractors, many of whom we’ve had working relationships with for over a decade.

Can you assist with more than just Microsoft Technologies?

Legeer Recruitment delivers it’s services across three distinct brands. Dynamics Door, Low Code Pros, and Legeer Recruitment. We possess deep, expert level knowledge of the market for talent in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Salesforce. We also have strong partnerships with contractors in the NetSuite ecosystem as well.

​Do you provide support / managed services?

We are currently not able to directly engage in contracts involving service level agreements, and response times. However, we are partnered with multiple firms that we can recommend based on your industry, size, and technology stack. Therefore, insuring you’re getting the most out of your managed services provider, especially if you’re transitioning out of delivery.
